Send your files, links or designs and tell me what "done" looks like. I'll ask the right questions before I start.
For bigger jobs I complete a small sample first, so you can approve the format before I scale up.
You get progress updates on WhatsApp or email while I work, so you always know where things stand.
Every row and every page is reviewed before it reaches you, and I revise until it's right.
I double-check my work, because one wrong digit can cost you a customer.
I give realistic timelines, then I deliver on them.
